The people assisted by the “Open Door” Medical Foundation who receive the INFORMATION SERVICES, are informed in regards to their legal rights and obligations and also the steps they need to take to receive these benefits. Also, in certain circumstances a social worker will accompany the client in their attempt to obtain their legal rights.  

The information service is for both people who live in sector 6, as well as for ones
from the other sectors of the city, no matter their race, nationality, ethnic origins, language, religion, gender, and sexual orientation.

In order to be admitted in the social program ad benefit from our the information we provide the potential beneficiaries have to fulfill the following criteria:
-    be individuals/families who are confronted with a difficult situation (lack of job, lack of home, lack of daily food, financial crisis etc) or a health problem;
-    the monthly income per family member is between 0-500lei (RON)

By fulfilling the activities we have enlisted above our desire is that:
-    the assisted people to benefit from the rights given by law;
-    we would contribute to decreasing the level of difficulty/risk of their current situation;
-    we would contribute to improving the quality of life/environment.
