The Open Door Foundation in Bucharest is focused on helping survivors of human trafficking and those who have experienced abuse.
They are working to provide support and services to help these women gain autonomy and reintegrate into society.
Since 2012, the Open Door Foundation has worked with survivors of human trafficking in Romania by providing an emergency shelter in Bucharest. Residents of the shelter are provided with holistic services that are contextualized to help them recover and heal from being trafficked.
OUR MISSION
The mission of our foundation is to offer assistance and protected shelter in emergency and crisis situations to victims of human trafficking,and to share God`s love and care with them.

We provide assisted residence in protected shelter for a period of 18 months (with the possibility of extending this period or cutting it short depending on each individual case).
